Turning is a machining process in which the part to be machined rotates and a stationary tool is usually used. Our range of services includes turning inserts with cylindrical clamping mounts for internal, external and face machining. We also manufacture indexable inserts for grooving as well as thread cutting inserts and form indexable inserts on a contract basis for well-known indexable insert manufacturers. Tools with cylindrical mounts can be designed with clamping surfaces according to your requirements. In addition to form center drills with radius transitions, we also manufacture center drills with conical angles that merge into one another. Depending on the design and geometry, turning inserts can be made with an internal coolant supply.
