When cutting, no chips are actually produced. The cutting edge divides the material without any loss. We produce blades with cylindrical or rectangular clamping shafts. Optimized for the respective processing, we manufacture blades with one or two cutting edges. The blade is tailored to the material to be processed and sharpened on one or both sides, depending on the application.
Our blades can be used on appropriate plotters to cut foils, leather, plastic sheets or fiber materials such as Kevlar or carbon fiber mats. In collaboration with our partners, we can also offer diamond-coated blades with a sharpened cutting edge.
